Your stay at Plavna Serviced Apartments begins with an online check-in, which you can complete from the comfort of your own home a few days before your arrival. The names of all guests will be recorded during this process. You will only receive your guest card and all the information regarding key collection once the online check-in has been completed.

Yes. As a guest at the Plavna, you will receive the Engadin Scuol Guest Card, which entitles you to free travel on PostBus routes in the Lower Engadin (excluding the S-charl), in summer, one return trip per day on the gondola and chairlift Ftan, and free travel on the Rhaetian Railway in 2nd class to Zernez (also valid for arrival and departure). You will also benefit from discounted holiday experiences, such as village tours, admission to museums or attractions in the region. You can find the exact terms of validity on the Engadin Scuol website. The guest card will be sent to you a few days before your arrival.
Yes. As a guest at Plavna Serviced Apartments, you can enjoy direct access to the Bogn Engiadina (bathrobe area) via the walkway and discounted admission to the pool and sauna area or the Roman-Irish Bath. You can purchase tickets in advance by email or through our team during your stay.

The Deli & Bistro is a café, restaurant and shop all in one, located on the ground floor of Plavna. This means our guests don’t have to miss out on breakfast, lunch or dinner if they wish, and can conveniently pick up a few groceries for their flat.
The Plavna is part of the Belvedere Hotel Family (3 hotels, 4 restaurants, 2 bars and 1 spa) and enjoys direct access via walkways to the hotels as well as to the Engadin Bad Scuol. At the Hotel Belvedere, our Children’s Paradise (unsupervised) is also available for our young guests. We recommend booking in advance for restaurant or spa facilities, as well as other hotel services.
On arrival, all reserved beds will have fresh bed linen and towels will be provided. These costs are mandatory and will be charged separately: CHF 15 per person for bed linen and CHF 7 per person for towels.
Upon arrival, you will find a carefully curated starter kit in your apartment containing everything you need for a pleasant start to your holiday — from household essentials to a little surprise. The cost is CHF 6 per person.
We’d be happy to stock your fridge with fresh, local produce before your arrival, so you can arrive feeling relaxed and at home straight away. This additional service can be booked in advance — simply get in touch with us.

For our youngest guests, we can provide extra baby cots (CHF 50 per week) and high chairs (CHF 30 per week) on request.
Only dogs are permitted at Plavna; other pets are not allowed. Dogs are welcome in the holiday apartments on the first and second floors. A fee of CHF 15 per night per pet applies.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the holiday apartments. In the event of a breach of this rule, a cleaning fee of at least CHF 300 will be charged.
During the winter season (Christmas & New Year’s Eve, late January to mid-March), the apartments can only be booked on a weekly basis. Depending on the apartment, arrival and departure days are fixed as Friday, Saturday or Sunday. At other times of the year, a minimum stay of 2–3 nights applies, with flexible arrival and departure days.
